"My husband Jon had a kidney transplant 10 years ago. On Oct. 10, we went to the Twin Cities Kidney Walk to raise money for the National Kidney Foundation. Here we are, The Geldert Gang with TC the Minnesota Twins Mascot at the Walk. Sorry some of the team members shirts are covered up by jackets because it was so cold.
