"The event, Team Walker Walk a Thon, was a fundraising event to raise money and awareness for the programs the non profit group Team Walker runs in Jersey City. Team Walker strives to provide students with the opportunity to enrich their minds, bodies, & souls. We emphasize Determination, Dedication & Discipline as a road toward success. Team Walker encourages students to create positive alternatives for themselves everyday. Team Walker runs after school programs in academics and athletic as well as a summer camp for the youth of Jersey City." -
