"We are Team Burns™. A group of friends came together with the idea of raising money for cancer awareness to honor the late Ted Burns, who passed away in September '08. As friends we knew that we wanted to do something for his family to let them know just how much we cared for him and so as a group we walked in our local Relay for Life, honoring Ted Burns. The Relay was Oct. 3-4, 2008. This picture is just a few of our members and Mr. Bruns son is actually present in the photo. We began raising money in Setember/October with a goal of 10,000. As of November 11, 2008 we are at a total of $3,366. (our calender year ends in Aug. '09) The shirts from custom ink turned out GREAT and the gentleman that we worked with on our order was AMAZING!!!"

"The picture was taken in Grandfield, Oklahoma on October 11, 2008 at the Antwine Family Reunion. There were 54 in attendance out of the 94 family members. Our family travels from different directions once a year to get together in their home town. Some near...some far. I thought it would be a nice idea to have some shirts made to represent each family. My dad has 5 brothers and 5 sisters...so these are all my aunts, uncles, and cousins. I had a wonderful experience dealing with Custom Ink and look forward using you again in the future. "The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA held it's 10th annual "Wiggle Waggle Walk" this Saturday, October 11. Our team "2 Feet 4 Paws" (or more accurately 10 Feet 20 Paws) raised over $1,300 and had a great time on the walk. "Every year we take a large group of family and friends to the Oregon coast to camp and catch fresh crab all weekend. We make shirts every year, but this year's shirts were by far the group's favorite. The back of the shirts have a ferocious looking crab!"

"Our family has participated in the Komen Race for the Cure in Newport Beach, California for the last 5 years. However, this year became more significant with the sudden 3rd reoccurrence of my mother’s cancer after 14 years of remission. This year we decided to make this event bigger than all the others by creating her very own personal shirt with affirmations, printed on the back of the t-shirts, from her friends and family to help her make it through the next step of her new journey. "As part of our reunion activities 16 members of the Kitterman family attended a Peoria Chiefs baseball game. The shirts were a big hit with the family and also the general public. Many of us were stopped by total strangers and asked about out reunion, where we were from, and if we knew or were related to other Kitterman's that they knew.
