"Each year members of the Tangen Family come to Bemidji, MN, from around the country for a fish fry, a traditional Thanksgiving meal, a parade downtown, some singing and game-playing, and the 5K TangsGiving Turkey Trot. Unfortunately many of our group had to get back to work or couldn't travel due to other circumstances, so we were down in numbers for our Trot, but NOT at all lacking in ENTHUSIASM! Next TangsGiving we'll double our number of family racers!"

"Myself and three other girlfriends ran in the Nike Women's Marathon on October 18, 2009 in San Francisco. We had eight family members and friends come out to cheer us on so we made t-shirts for them to wear the day of the race. The front of the shirt says "It's Not over til' the van picks us up" because if you didn't finish within 6 hours you were picked up and brought to the finish line. As this was all of our first marathon, our only goal was to make sure that didn't happen! The marathon went great- and we didn't get picked up by the van! It was so nice to cross the finish line and see al of our "fans" with their shirts on cheering for us! Custom Ink was so easy to work with and their design team helped perfect the shirts. They were exactly what I had wanted!"

"The customer service department at CustomInk was just great to work with. The design team got our logo and colors perfect. Pancreatic Cancer Plan C held their first event 11/15/2009 for National Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. The foundation is in memory of Thail J (TJ) Inman who died at 54 of pancreatic cancer. When told he had this cancer, his doctor said they would try Plan A, then Plan B. When both plans failed him, he asked his wife on his deathbed to find Plan C. Thus, the Pancreatic Cancer Plan C Foundation was formed."

"Any kid who grew up in the 90's will tell you that "Mighty Ducks" is one of the greatest childhood movies of all time. That's why when it came time to find a Halloween costume we had no other choice but to honor Conway, Goldberg, Avermman, Banks and Mendoza. Everywhere we went people (including the police!) shouted "FLYING V"!!! And everytime we went into a new bar we got everyone to chant "QUACK, QUACK, QUACK!"
