"Pet the Shark, our relay team of six swimmers, competed in the Swim Across the Sound on August 2, 2008. The Swim is a 17-mile open-water race, following the ferry route from Port Jefferson, NY to Bridgeport, CT, and is the premier fundraising event for the St. Vincent's Foundation. The Swim helps to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for support and services for cancer patients.
This photo was taken at about 5:15am in the parking lot of Captain's Cove in Bridgeport, CT. We were proud to display our ultra-cool Pet The Shark t-shirts from Custom Ink! We received lots of compliments from our fellow competitors on the design and quality of the shirts.

"Team DOWN ONE participated in the 2007 LIVESTRONG Challenge in Blue Bell, PA Aug. 25-26 Led by cancer survivor and team captain Brian Dowd, our team raised over $22,200 to benefit the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF.) The LIVESTRONG Challenge is the LAF’s signature fundraising event. Our team had people doing the walk, run and ride.
We utilized the CustomInk website to create our team t-shirts and they cam out great. It was very easy to do and they fit great.

"We ordered 16 Tee-shirts for our Relay For Life Team- Pink Lemonade at the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY. Our Team Raised 3,296 dollars of the over 40,000 dollars raised for cancer research and treatment. Our team also recieved both awards given at the event- Top Fundraising Team and Most Team Spirit!
Everyone wanted to know where we got our tee-shirts from (complete with nicknames on the back) and it was a major contributor to the Team's spirit- as we wore them multiple times before the event itself!!"

"I have been Customink customer for over 3 years now. This company is not only professional, but they go the extra mile to be personal as well! The Georgetown University Cheerleaders participated, with the entire university, in the Relay for Life fundraising event. They flipped, tumbled, and cheered their way through the entire night to raise money for cnacer reaseach, a disease many were personally touched by somehere in their families. I was proud to donate these shirts to this team for such a worthy cause. HOYA SAXA !!!"
