"Cora's Team participated in the Take Steps for Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis on June 28, 2008 in Manchester, NH. We were walking to support my Daughter Cora who was diagnosed with UC when she was 3.

"Team RSDSA participated in the 2008 Achilles Walk for Hope & Possibility in Central Park, NYC on Sunday, June 22, 2008. RSDSA participates in the Achilles Walk to raise funds for research into better diagnosis, treatment options, and the possibility of a cure for complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS). This year, we were the largest team at the Achilles Walk, at almost 200 participants. CRPS is a chronic neurological syndrome characterized by severe burning pain and extreme sensitivity to touch. RSDSA has funded $1,189,847 in research and grants for CRPS since 1992."

"I got this crazy idea to sell t-shirts to help raise funds for breast cancer research after being diagnosed in April 2008. My friends and family came through by purchasing 271 t-shirts, and their names are printed on them as supporters of the cause! We raised just shy of $3,000!!!"

"This was our 2nd year participating the the Autism Speaks walk for Autism in South Jersey on June 14th. My 4 year old son has Autism and we just want an answer to why. Our shirts were so comfortable we didn't take them off all day. Custom Ink was a pleasure to dea with!"

"My family and friends participated in the Walk With Us To Cure Lupus walkathon on June 8th, 2008 in Long Island, NY. It was the largest turnout for lupus research in the Walk's history and we were one of the largest teams there. Even though it was the first heatwave of the summer, everyone including our mascot, Godiva, finished the Walk! It was great having everyone there to support the cause that affects our family today. We even ended up winning a t-shirt design contest...it was awesome! Thanks Custom Ink for the our award winning tees!"

"Every year we walk in the "Stroll for Strong Children to support Golisano Childrens Hospital. We had twins that spent 6 weeks in the NICU and I spent 6 weeks on bedrest at Srong before my children were delivered at 31 weeks. I am pregant again now and have been on bedrest so far for 4 weeks at Strong Hospital waiting for the delivery of our son. Thank you for your wonderful t-shirts the past 3 years and your support through donations."

"Float the Swim, Walk the Bike, Crawl the Walk!
On June 8, 2008, my mom, sister, and I competed in the Danskin Triathlon in memory of Mark Felice. He died from cancer at the age of 17 and was a dear friend to many in the photos. The Mark Felice Childhood Cancer Fund was created in his name by his family, to support those who cannot afford the medications to fight cancer. It also focuses on the needs of children and their families in the research and treatment of childhood cancers.
Mark will always be remembered for his relentless courage, his optimism and loving spirit. He wished that no child would have to battle cancer as he had. We know Mark would have appreciated an athletic event to support his charity, as he was a great athlete!
Other triathletes enjoyed the shirts and even wanted to buy them off our backs! Thank Custom Ink for all of your support!"

"On April 19th we walked for the March of Babies 2008. In Nov. 2006 I delivered twins girls at 31 weeks. They were 3lbs 13ozs and 4lbs 2ozs. They were in the NICU for 30 days. We now walk to support premature birth.
I enjoyed working with such a great company. They were fast and did a great job with our team shirts. They also made a donation to our charity. Now who does that?! Thanks again for everything!"

"We were a rookie team at Marion, Ohio's Relay for Life for American Cancer Society on June 6th and 7th. This was during our team lap. I choose Customink.com because of the ability to create our shirts, and the timely fashion they were able to get the shirts to us. The customink shirts are the gray, on the back we had our team name."

"Our cycling team is about to ride the the American Diabetes Association's Tour De Cure. We raised money to help find cure for diabetes. The first year our team consisted of corrections officers and we all worked at the same jail. Each year we have added more officers and family and friends. This is our 3rd year in a row of doing this and our 3rd year of using CustomInk. We plan to ride each year as well as use CustomInk for our team uniforms. The CustomInk lab is awesome!"

"We participated in Detroit's Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure on May 31, 2008 at Comerica Park along with thousands of other walking to stomp out Breast Cancer. This is our team's third walk/race. 12 of us walked and 2 ran. Custom Ink was great! They helped desing the shirts and got them to us fast!"

"This picture was taken at this years Arthritis Walk. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about a year ago. This was the first event I have been a part of that was for a cause that affects my life everyday. It was a pretty emotional day for me and my family. In this picture I was having one of those overwhelming moments and my friend was there to give me a shoulder to lean on and a hand to hold. It was a great walk and for a wonderful cause. "My mom has MS and our team has been raising money for research for 7 years now. I've wanted to create team shirts for a number of years. Online I found another MS Chapter in California had used CustomInk.com to create team shirts so I thought this would be a great resource. It was! "I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis when I was 19 years old, 3 years ago, and decide this year it was time to do something for this crippling disease that I deal with on a daily basis. I often find it hard to walk because of the arthritis in my ankle, but push myself to keep active. My family and friends in this picture walked 3 miles with me on May 31, 2008 to recognize arthritis. "We formed Team Hope for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life because hope got us all through a very tough time. Our teammate's mother died a month ago after being very sick for a long time. Not only was it torture to watch her go through that, but she left behind a beautiful family who misses her immensely. We walked in remembrance of her and these shirts really brought us together as a team so we could fight cancer in style! :-)"
