Set! All Up!! Ready-Ready!!! GO!!!! by Wakebusters-2008 - Jul 9, 2008

Picture of Set! All Up!! Ready-Ready!!! GO!!!!

"This is a picture of the Wakebusters Dragon Boat Team 2008 out of Ottawa Ontario. For our participation in the world-renowned Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival in June 2008 we were all decked out in CustomInk Ringer Tee's with a front crest/logo and a full back illustration design. This team was the definition of spirit in the many practices and for this huge 2-day event that benefits several local charities. The shirts held up against everything the Ottawa River (and the paddles in front of us!) could throw at us. We even took home a medal for our efforts! It was great working with CustomInk - everybody loved the shirts!!"

Picture of IIIBs Fundraiser

"The IIIB's stands for Bosom Buddy Baskets. Our baskets are personally designed by breast cancer survivor & IIIB's founder Carolyn Cole-Rodenburg, and hand assembled by the IIIB's team. The "III" represents three pink birthday candles, which are contained in each basket. The IIIB's Foundation held a fundraiser on June 11 at Champp's Restaurant where we received 15% of the revenue. It was a complete success! And everyone was asking if they could buy our shirts!!!"

The Step on the Gas Walkers for Crohn's Disease by Flude - Jul 2, 2008

Picture of The Step on the Gas Walkers for Crohn's Disease

"We participated in the CCFA sponsored walkathon in Orange County (on the UCI campus), CA to fundraise for Crohn's Disease. Our daughter, Michelle, age 19, has suffered from Crohn's for 12 years now and we wanted to support the the CCFA in their quest to raise funds for research and education. There was a great turnout and we had a great time, especially as a cohesive bunch all wearing the same shirts. Our experience with CustomInk was amazing. We didn't know how many walkers we would have until about a week before the event and we were able to design a shirt on the website and assure delivery with time to spare with no problems whatsoever. Thank you CustomInk!"

"Cora's Team participated in the Take Steps for Crohn's and Ulcerative Colitis on June 28, 2008 in Manchester, NH. We were walking to support my Daughter Cora who was diagnosed with UC when she was 3. Working with CustomInk was the easiest thing ever! I even called last minute to add one more T-shirt and they squeezed it in to my order. The T-shirts looked great (the team was excited to have them), and the process was easy and talking with the customer service people was very plesant. I can not say enough good things about CustomInk."

It was the largest turnout for lupus research in the Walk's history and we were one of the largest teams there. Even though it was the first heatwave of the summer, everyone including our mascot, Godiva, finished the Walk! It was great having everyone there to support the cause that affects our family today. We even ended up winning a t-shirt design contest...it was awesome! Thanks Custom Ink for the our award winning tees!"

TRI-ing for a Cause: The Mark Felice Childhood Cancer Fund by AnnMarie - Jun 9, 2008

Picture of TRI-ing for a Cause: The Mark Felice Childhood Cancer Fund

"Float the Swim, Walk the Bike, Crawl the Walk! On June 8, 2008, my mom, sister, and I competed in the Danskin Triathlon in memory of Mark Felice. He died from cancer at the age of 17 and was a dear friend to many in the photos. The Mark Felice Childhood Cancer Fund was created in his name by his family, to support those who cannot afford the medications to fight cancer. It also focuses on the needs of children and their families in the research and treatment of childhood cancers. Mark will always be remembered for his relentless courage, his optimism and loving spirit. He wished that no child would have to battle cancer as he had. We know Mark would have appreciated an athletic event to support his charity, as he was a great athlete! Other triathletes enjoyed the shirts and even wanted to buy them off our backs! Thank Custom Ink for all of your support!"

Picture of A Shoulder To Lean On

"This picture was taken at this years Arthritis Walk. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis about a year ago. This was the first event I have been a part of that was for a cause that affects my life everyday. It was a pretty emotional day for me and my family. In this picture I was having one of those overwhelming moments and my friend was there to give me a shoulder to lean on and a hand to hold. It was a great walk and for a wonderful cause. The shirts from CustomInk were perfect and we received many compliments. I plan on ordering many more in the future. Thanks CustomInk for all your help and support."
