"Pi Day (3.14... get it?) is celebrated world-wide by mathematicians and all those who think pi is the most fascinating irrational number. In our celebration, Math Club decided to combine two of our passions; pi and pie into "Pi a Professor." Through coins and canned food, members voted for their favorite math professor to be pie'd on Pi Day. All proceeds were donated to the Oregon Food Bank and enough money was raised to feed 15 families for 4 days; the equivalent of 240 meals.
For a video of the pie-ing (3 profs were pie'd!), visit http://www.pacificu.edu/as/math/"

"Last year my husband I decided to make Hawaii our permanent home once he retired with 21 years in the military.
Once again God came through on all things.
This year our team doubled to 92 walkers compared to 38 walkers last year. Also, this year our team doubled the money and raised over $6600 compared to $3300 last year.
The Hawaii people are so loving and giving of the Aloha Spirit. Thank you Hawaii!
This is my second year using Custom Ink and I am very happy with them. The customer service I believe is truly the best, they make everything so easy. Last year I had made some requests that would make this years order go more smoothly... this year I saw that they had implemented those things. So, my order was swift and was shipped to me 5 day early.
Thank you CustomInk.com"

"My university's step team, Step2This, got sweatshirts made from CustomInk. We are a group that is very close and supportive of one another; we are like family. This year, for the first time, we decided to become a Relay for Life team to help raise money and awareness for cancer and cancer research. This photo is from one of the days we have spent at our local grocery store, raising money, and meeting and talking to wonderful people. For every person who makes a donation, we do a step (of their choice) for them! We have so much fun and feel great to be lifting the spirits of people we perform for. And thanks to our sweatshirts from CustomInk, we look great doing it!!"

"My fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, recently held a philanthropy event at Elon University in North Carolina to support Emily, the cousin of one of our brothers. She has been suffering from a rare and critical form of brain cancer, and is not expected to live much longer. He and his mother created an organization called Emily's Encouragers back in August 2006 to raise money for the family and all their expenses. The organization has raised over $140,000 since its creation, and SigEp, donning the name "TEAM ELON," just raised $2000+ more dollars to contribute to the Emily's Encouragers fund.
CustomInk provided the tools necessary to make the perfect shirts, which were also a huge success at the event. We had to pre-order all the participant shirts, and ran completely out! We felt bad that some people did not get a shirt, but the fact that they showed up for the event meant enough. The special shirts for us were also a popular demand among brothers.
Thanks CustomInk for helping us out!"

"My mother in law, Mary, has MS, and what started out as just my husband and I walking the MS Walk, we have turned into a family event raising over $5,000 each of the past 2 years, and now we are going on 3. This photo was taken at last year's walk in New York City. Both in 2006 and 2007 we used Customink to make the shirts for this walk, and my experience with your Company has been a wonderful one. We look forward to the walk again this year and working with customink again."

"This is a picture from our high school basketball game last weekend. Our team was down by 15 points with three and a half minutes left to go, in the game against our arch rival, Ridgefield. The team came back and forced overtime and ended up winning by 6. This picture is from the end of overtime as our star player, senior, Elijah Everett, dunked in front of our student section as over 250 kids stormed the court. Over 150 of the students were wearing Wilton Warriors shirts that we made using customink. So far we have sold 215 of them and we hope to place another order. All of the profits from the shirt sales, which is nearly 1,200 dollars to date, are going directly to the St. Baldrick's Foundation which helps raise money for children's cancer research."
