"Team McBoobies walked in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer on September 12-13 in Long Beach, California. We raised almost $5000.00 and walked 26 miles to help fight and find a cure for Breast Cancer. It was our first time walking and we have decided that we will walk again in the future! EVERYONE LOVED OUR SHIRTS!!! They were a big hit! I wish I ordered more because people were asking me for them! Next year I will order more to give away to our fans! Thank you Custom Ink!!!"

"We walked in the Charlotte (NC) 2008 Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in our AWESOME CustomInk wicking shirts. The CustomInk associates were invaluable on the phone--I couldn't have done it without them. They helped both with design and with shirt type, and helped me figure out costs. Plus CustomInk made a donation to our team. We got lots of compliments on our shirts at the walk. Thanks!"

"On October 4th and 5th 10 women from Wilton CT participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. Together our team raised over $50,000. for the cause! We called our team, "Friends 4 Friends" because four of the women on the team have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Three of us are survivors and one is undergoing treatment. Needless to say, it is a cause close to our heart. We thank Custom Ink for your donation to our team and for making it so easy for us to design our team shirts. We received many compliments during the walk!! We LOVE Custom Ink!!!"

"This photo was taken of the 2008 Boston Youth Crew at the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in May. We had 17 kids on the team, all of which wrote essays and were accepted on the team. As part of the requirement, they were to raise at least $500 each (for a total of $8500) and went on to raise over $23,000! They worked all weekend to support the thousands of walkers participating in the 2-day, 39.3 mile walk. They may be too young to walk, but they aren't too young to be affected by Breast Cancer."

"This photo was taken just before the Closing Ceremony of the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer New York, a 39.3-mile Event that took place October 6th and 7th. This Avon Walk was the largest ever...the Event's 3900 participants raised $10.2 million! The Avon Walk Youth Crew was a pilot program in New York this year, allowing young people (ages 10-16) to participate and experience the entire Event. This program suggests that young people are capable of contributing to the Event, can get an enormous amount out of the service, and can enhance the experience of all Walk participants--as the Youth Crew says, "we're too young to walk, but we're not too young to care." The pilot was so successful that there will be a Youth Crew in all 9 Avon Walk cities in 2008...thank you Youth Crew!"
