This year we were at the beautiful New Washington DC National Harbor with cruises to the Alexandria VA pier (shown) and Georgetown. "This photo was taken on the beach in Santa Monica, California on July 4th, 2009. We were not only celebrating the holiday, but also a long-awaited visit from a friend who used to live in California. The name of our friend is Shea (pronounced "Shay). So we thought it would be funny to create t-shirts that mimicked the ubiquitous Che Guevara t-shirts by replacing Che's face with Shea's. If you know Shea, you would immediately recognize his face on these shirts (and he's truly a revolutionary). We gave away all of the 18 shirts we had ordered that day, and there have been requests for many more. Shea has a lot of friends! Shea also took this photo."

"August of last year was a shocking time for the Rausch family. We sadly lost a family member and found all of us in Kentucky for a funeral. This made us all realize how important it is to come together, on better terms. This is our first mandatory annual family reunion. Held on July 4th 2009, in the rain, we gathered together outside a family members house in Kentucky. Kentucky is our home state. The two responsible for all of us live there still, seen up front in the photo. The back of the shirts list all of our names down from those two wonderful people! "Our boarding barn decided to celebrate Independence Day by riding together with our beloved equines at the 34th Annual July 4th Jubilee in Schertz, Texas. We ordered our t-shirts exactly two and a half weeks from the date of the parade, and we got them ahead of schedule and exactly as designed! Our group was given 1st Place Honors for Best Horse Unit by the judges and we know Custom Ink helped us get there (along with the cute painted pony!). We got a lot of compliments along the parade route and even from the other horse riders in the parade! We will surely use Custom Ink for all of our t-shirt needs!"
