"The IIIB's stands for Bosom Buddy Baskets. Our baskets are personally designed by breast cancer survivor & IIIB's founder Carolyn Cole-Rodenburg, and hand assembled by the IIIB's team. The "III" represents three pink birthday candles, which are contained in each basket. The IIIB's Foundation held a fundraiser on June 11 at Champp's Restaurant where we received 15% of the revenue.
