"We had a family reunion for my sibs and dad (who turned 85 this year and we were celebrating his birthday) at our lakehouse in NH on Lake Winnisquam in July 2009. My sister and
her family came from Seattle, WA and my dad and brother and their families came from Texas. One of my brothers from Texas did not make it. Since we are so
far apart we get together only every 2-3 years as a group. This was where we met this year - planned about a year in advance. T-shrits to commemorate the event were my
brother's girlfriend's idea (and they did not even come). I got them shirts anyway but their names did not appear on the back due to their not attending in person. We were also
missing a niece of mine." -

OK Let's face it--- if you can get 5 teenagers and a very cool young adult to join 7 "old" people in wearing neon, lime green t-shirts for a reunion then obviously you've got an amazingly agreeable team who "can work together" and some exquisitely beautiful t-shirts. Some wouldn't even take them off for a few days...And the loon design...perfect!!!!It added tot he looniness of the occasion.

The t-shirts were a great addition to the family event! Lynne said they selected the bright green so that we could see one another from far away -- and it worked! As the grandkids waited for their Uncle Paul to return from his morning kayak adventure so that they could bombard him with water balloons, Adam yelled, "I can see him!" It was the bright green shirt that he spotted in the distance. And it was the same bright green shirt that was soon completely soaked by the water balloon attack. This is just one of many wonderful "green" memories of our time together.
