"I organized a team for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) charity walk that was held in Pittsburgh on October 5, 2008. Our t-shirts said "Team Laura's Mom" on the front, and on the back they said "We Love Mama Miller" and there was a picture of a Boston Terrier (my mom's favorite breed). Under that it said "She loves Boston Terriers. And us, of course!" My mother suffers from a form of schizophrenia, so this charity walk was very important to me. CustomInk did an AMAZING job on the t-shirts--we got so many compliments all day at the event! And their customer service was extraordinary. I will absolutely order from them again!"

"Every year The Westchester Lariats go on a goodwill tour to perform, this year we traveled to Hungary. In Hungary, we performed different folk dances from around the world. In this photo we are all wearing the beautiful shirts CustomInk helped us make. CustomInk made it so easy for us to get matching shirts that we continually used in Hungary and back home in Los Angeles."

"This is most of my family that was able to participate in the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk. This event was in Libertyville, IL at the Independence Grove forest preserve.
On August 31, 2008 my Grandmother passed away from Dementia. Although my family knew that my Grandma was in the last stage of the disease, we did not realize that this stage would pass so quickly.
Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease are terrible diseases that tear apart people's lives. My Grandma was an extremely caring, loving, and giving person. She helped my family pay the bills when my dad lost his job, she helped my parents put a down payment on the house I live in now, and she did countless selfless things to just see people happy. My Grandmother loved to go to church, take walks, having wonderful conversations with family and friends, and bake her bread and cookies (a family favorite).
Dementia ripped all of the things my Grandma loved away from her. Although my family and I visited her very often, it still could not bring back her memory, ability to walk, or even talk.
I started this team to get my family together to remember all the wonderful things about my Grandmother.
We walked this year for the first time, and just a month after my Grandmother had passed. It was a heart warming experience to have our family together to support one another.
Our experience with CustomInk was just great. Not only did we get to order my Grandma's favorite color for our t-shirts, but we were able to custom design the font and words on the front of the shirt.
What really blew me away was that a representative from CustomInk emailed me to let me know that they would be donating to our fund. It was a very unreal moment. Usually companies just want your business, but CustomInk really wants to connect with their customers.
Thank you CustomInk for a wonderful t-shirt that just made our family unified and stronger.

"We ordered shirts for our team for the 30th annual Walk to Cure Diabetes. It was a 4 mile walk with over 6000 walkers. Our shirts looked great and we really stood out as a team. Everyone was pleased with the t-shirts. Thanks!"

"I had shirts made for my younger sister's wedding in Huntsville, AL. She is the fourth and final sister out of a family of 7 kids to get married. We put my mom's wedding picture on the front and listed the wedding dates of all the sisters on the back like a concert t-shirt. CustomInk pulled through with the design on the front to get it just perfect!"

"This picture only shows a fraction of the 60+ shirts we ordered for our hometown's annual "end of summer" festival. It has sort of turned into a family reunion for us - the Blood family reunion. WoZhaWa 2008 "It's in our Blood". We will definitely order again next year and try to get all 60+ shirts in the picture!"

"On October 4th and 5th 10 women from Wilton CT participated in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer. Together our team raised over $50,000. for the cause! We called our team, "Friends 4 Friends" because four of the women on the team have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Three of us are survivors and one is undergoing treatment. Needless to say, it is a cause close to our heart. We thank Custom Ink for your donation to our team and for making it so easy for us to design our team shirts. We received many compliments during the walk!! We LOVE Custom Ink!!!"

Trap day is when Monhegan's dozen lobstermen and their many helpers enact a century-old tradition to begin their winter fishing season.
