"Relay for Life is very near to our hearts in our small customer service department. We have coworkers that are currently battling cancer, and winning, those that have beaten cancer, and still those that have been affected in some way by cancer. We pledged to raise $4000 for Relay this year and are proud to say we have met, and even surpassed, our goal! Captivating Board Game by David-S - May 14, 2009

"Go, also known as weiqi (chinese) or baduk (korean) or igo (japanese), is an intriguing 4000 year old game that originated in China and spread to the United States around the mid 1800s. Go is a strategy board that is very easy to learn but hard to master. In fact computers are incapable of beating the world's strongest go players, although computers can now beat chess professionals. In California, I am currently helping to run a high school Go Club in the Bay Area, by giving members comprehensive lessons, problem packets, and inviting guest speakers to visit the club monthly. I have also urged members to participate in Bay Area Go tournaments. About the Photo: I decided to create a shirt in December 2008 because it was something special that the club could wear to local tournaments. Also, I wanted to create a stylish t-shirt that could be worn for recreational activities. Pictured above from April 2009 is the high school club posing with the t-shirts after taking a break during a club meeting! Customink.com was very friendly and professional and helped revise the asian calligraphy so that it was clear instead of fuzzy. "Event was 26th birthday party for my son Taylor at the Icehouse in Riverside, Iowa on May 9th, 2009. Taylor's apartment building burned recently so we thought he needed a little break from the stress. We used one of his famous sayings and a priceless photo from a previous party and submited them to Custom Ink. Taylor was surprised and had a GREAT time. Everyone loved the shirts, especially the graphic artist's drawing of him with a belt around his head. Taylor especially loved that we changed his shirt to say I instead of Taylor. The party and shirts gave Taylor some much needed stress relief for the evening. My experience (I'm the mom) with Custom Ink was AWESOME from the easy to use website, to the friendly voices on the phone, to the efficient order process and the speedy delivery. you will definitely hear from me again!
